Opportunity Plus Overview
Opportunity Plus is the largest two-tier referral program on the Internet.
Help us find webmasters for the One & Only Network Associates Program and we will pay
you an amount equal to 33.3% of their earnings from all UTrade Auction commissions,
Internet Personals AYCE Club subscriptions and Alternative Connections Premier Pass
subscriptions each and every month.
Example 1
You refer a new webmaster to the One & Only Network associates program, and he/she
earns $3,000 for subscriptions sold. We will send you a check for $1,000. This Opportunity
Plus referral fee is paid on both new and renewing subscriptions.
Example 2
For each AYCE yearly subscription sold by someone YOU refer, THEY receive $79.95 x 15% =
$11.99. You receive $11.99 x 33.3% = $3.99. Now imagine that you have hundreds of
referrals each selling multiple subscriptions! Remember, you receive an Opportunity Plus
referral on all memberships sold by an
Associate referral, regardless of length of membership.
How it works
You aggressively market the program in any way you desire; word-of-mouth, banner ads, text
links, etc. (no spam). We track your referrals through an Opportunity Plus Referral ID or
your email address.
For example, banner ads and text links from your web site will include a
special Opportunity Plus Referral ID in the hypertext link. We use the Opportunity Plus
Referral ID to determine where any new registrations
came from. We want to make sure you get all credit for any referrals due.

How much money can YOU expect to make?
This is a new program for us so here is our best estimate. Attracting new associates is
not difficult if you follow the marketing tips above. As in life, some of your referrals
will perform extremely well and others will not perform at all. We believe that our
commission structure of 33.3% on a recurring basis is a great deal for you and has the
potential to be a significant revenue source for the motivated webmaster. As we gain more
experience with this program we will release statistics. Please share your stories of
success and failure with us so that we can all learn from each other.
What about my other associate sites?
Your participation in our other associate programs is not changed by participation in the
Opportunity Plus program. In fact, we will still report all statistics separately for each
associate ID you have with us. Your participation in more than one of our programs is
encouraged. In fact, many Associates participate in UTrade Internet Auctions, One &
Only Internet Personals and Alternative Connections associate programs. Many of them have
signed up for more than one site within each product to serve multiple
marketing strategies.
The effort you exert in marketing this new and exciting Opportunity Plus Referral Program
